These terms apply when you access the EverythingMabs website or place an order with us. By completing an order, you confirm that the information supplied is accurate and that you accept the policies displayed on this website.
Products and availability
Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith. Hair is a natural product, so reasonable variations in colour, texture, density, curl pattern and finish may occur. Availability can change before an order is confirmed.
Orders and payments
An order is accepted after payment is successfully received and confirmed. EverythingMabs may contact you where information is incomplete or where a requested customization needs clarification. Prices and promotions may change without notice but will not alter an already confirmed order unless both parties agree.
Custom orders
Customers must review colour, length, texture, cap size and customization details before production begins. Inspiration photographs are used as guidance and do not guarantee an identical result.
Delivery
Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Courier delays, customs procedures, public holidays and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. Please refer to the Shipping policy for details.
Returns and exchanges
Returns, exchanges and cancellations are governed by the Returns and exchanges policy displayed on this website.
Website use
EverythingMabs branding, photographs and website content may not be copied or used commercially without permission. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or submit false information.
